The SVC app was a proof of concept design created as an InVision prototype. Ultimately, the goal was to migrate a physical USDA form to a mobile app. The form allows USDA employees to report their findings from investigations. Undercover USDA employees investigate stores accepting food stamps and verify that they are meeting all of the USDA food stamp requirements.
