This was an exercise for a proposal bid where we were tasked with designing a proof of concept for a Medicare Cost Estimator that allowed the user to lookup facilities nearby and a procedure, and returned an average cost for procedure at the nearby facilities. I worked with BAs and user researchers to create the below wireframes. Ultimately, we submitted an InVision prototype of wireframes demonstrating the workflow of the application.
